Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the wire products, hardware, and building materials segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, and the ability to lead a team to deliver growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets for wire products, hardware, and metal-based building materials.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and project clients within the construction, industrial, and hardware sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and recommend pricing and product positioning strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
