Job Summary:
Our client, a prominent consulting company, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the full sales process. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging digital marketing channels to generate leads and close sales. A deep understanding of project management services and the ability to communicate their value to clients is essential. The Business Development Lead will collaborate closely with our training and consulting teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with HEBO Consult’s long-term goals, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead meetings with prospective clients, and tailor presentations to meet client objectives.
- Manage leads from multiple channels—including inbound inquiries, social media campaigns, website registrations, and referrals—and ensure high conversion rates through effective follow-up.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including contract negotiation and closing, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine the business development strategy.
- Work with training and consulting teams to market services effectively and provide feedback on client needs and market trends.
- Mentor entry-level staff as the business grows, building a strong sales team capable of contributing to the company’s success.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and KPIs, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
