Our Client, a financial institution based in Dar
es Salaam is looking to hire a call centre operator who will be who
manage calls and keep track of open cases and transactions.
· Receiving and answering customer
queries and complaints.
· Informing clients by
explaining procedures and providing information.
· Following up customers
· Accomplishing sales,
collections and organization mission by completing related results as required.
· Monitor calls quality
and develop plan to make the improvements if necessary
· Maintain high customer
service in timely and efficient manner
· Manage large amount of
inbound and especially outbound calls in timely manner
· Complete daily call
· Must hold a diploma with
at least 2 years of working experience in a call center
· Excellent communication
· Training and
certification -Preferably certification on using of Microsoft Office
· Work experience – Prior
knowledge and experience in call center or customer service environment is
