We are looking for a prudent
Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of
assigned commercial properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer
satisfaction and revenue.
property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and
enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead
costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.
tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current
tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing
with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit.
financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting
requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules
of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning
renovations and contracting with landscaping
coordinate and administer operations for maintenance crew, cleaning crew,
safety and security, insurance company, utility companies and fumigation
coordination and booking
degree or equivalent experience preferred
years’ experience in real estate or sales
years’ management experience a plus
knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
for sales and negotiation
level of organization and attention to detail
with MS Program and Calendar Management
